How do I see a missed call on a Cisco Phone?

 

Environment

  • Cisco Phone

 

Answer

  1. Click the button (directory)
  2. Click Missed Calls
  3. Select the missed call
  4. Click Dial (for on campus calls) or Edit Dial (for off campus calls)
    • For off campus calls, after you click Edit Dial, click a 9 and a 1 and then Dial
