Atrium to Card exchange error

If a student's photo does not appear in card exchange or photo upload has a "remote record not found" error when approving photo in student link

1. Log into atrium campus and go to the student's account, and assign the IntegrationSyncIssue tag.

2. Go to the list of data tools and look for 271 - Atrium to CardExchange - Manual.

3. Click on the run button on the list of data tools.

Then when you go back to card exchange you can refresh the list and she should appear there.

4. Remove the IntegrationSyncIssue tag.

5. Proceed like your normally would > Approve/print Photo.
