Erroneous Voicemail Light

Issue

There is an erroneous flashing voicemail indicator on Cisco phone but there is no voicemail when checked.

Environment

• Cisco Phone

Resolution

1. Verify that the desired extension does not have any pending voicemail messages.
2. Click the button next to the desired extension
3. Dial 8999.
