Unable to Save in Adobe Acrobat
Issue
I am unable to save a PDF file, I am given a blank gray screen when selecting Save or Save as.
Environment
Adobe Acrobat DC
Adobe Reader DC
Resolution
Select the
Hamburger Menu
in the top left
Navigate to
Preferences
Select
General
under the categories tab on the left side of the pop up.
Ensure the setting
Show online storage when saving files
is checked
Select
Ok
at the bottom
Return to your document and the save button should now work for you
