Google Calendar RSVP Options

Information

Google Workspace has released an update that will now allow you to RSVP to a meeting either in person or virtually.

  • Google Calendar

 

Process

When responding to an event:

  1. Open the event in Google Calendar.
  2. Select the arrow next to Yes under the Going? section
    1. You may select any of the following: Yes, Yes in a Meeting Room, Yes joining virtually, No, or Maybe
