Google Calendar RSVP Options

Information

Google Workspace has released an update that will now allow you to RSVP to a meeting either in person or virtually. 

Environment

• Google Calendar

Process

When responding to an event:

• Open the event in Google Calendar.
• Under the Going? section, select the arrow next to Yes
  • You may select either Yes, Yes in a Meeting Room, or Yes joining virtually.
• You may also choose the No or Maybe responses
