Issue
When I try to save a document as a PDF from Word, I get the following error message:
Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe Acrobat.
Environment
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Acrobat
Resolution
- Launch Adobe Acrobat
- Ensure you are logged in
- Navigate back to Word and try again
Cause
If Adobe is idle for too long the connection breaks and it needs to be launched in order for Word to see the license.
