Issue
When trying to install a web browser extension it says that it is blocked by the administrator and will now allow to add to Chrome.

Information
Web Extensions must first be approved by IT Security and then whitelisted before they can installed on any web browsers that are syncing to GRCC Google accounts.
Check the Knowledge Article listing Approved and Unapproved Web Browser Extensions to determine the best resolution.

Extension has been approved
Note: Due to Google's age restriction policy, the current workaround is to sign-out of GRCC Email to install the extension and then sign back in when installed.
Alternatively
If the extension is on the approved list and is still showing as blocked by administrator your machine may be in need to some updates. If your computer has been off campus for longer than a month, new group policies will need to be applied which can only be done by connecting to GRCC Secure for a minimum of 15 minutes.
