How do I request a loaner laptop or hotspot?
Answer
All faculty, staff, and students can checkout laptops, depending upon availability.
Students
Loaner equipment is managed and distributed by the GRCC Library. The Library is open Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am-8:00 pm, Friday: 7:30 am-5:00 pm, and Saturday: 10:00 am-2:00 pm
There is no need to make an appointment or reserve technology ahead of time.
Staff
Faculty & staff who do not already have a laptop available as their primary device can request a laptop through our Service Portal.
If more then one computer is needed, refer to the service catalog page for requesting a Loaner Laptop Cart.
Note: We no longer have hotspots to loan to staff.
