Why is Microsoft Teams Disabled
Why is Microsoft Teams Disabled
Question
Why am I unable to use Microsoft Teams with my student Microsoft 365 account?
Environment
Microsoft 365
Teams
Answer
Microsoft Teams will allow you to install the application with your student account, however it will say "Disabled by Administrator" when you try to run it.
Teams needs to be configured and deployed for an institution. We currently do not plan to configure and manage cloud based storage through Microsoft Teams, as we use Google Drive for cloud storage and file sharing, in addition to third-party video conferencing applications.
