Viewing your Electronic W-2

Question

How can I view my W2 or previous year's W2?

Answer

Your W-2 can be found in the Online Center after it has been issued by the Human Resources Department.

  1. Log into Online Center.
  2. Select Employee Self Service from the drop down menu at the top left.
  3. Select the Employee W2 Forms and Consent tile. This will open to the consent screen. You do not need to consent again.
  4. Select View W-2/W-2c Forms on the left to access your W-2.
    • If there is no option to view the W-2, then it may not have been issued yet or it was mailed to the address on file.

W-2s from previous years are not available after tax season. Please contact HR to obtain copies of those.
