Viewing your Electronic W-2

How can I view my W2 or previous year's W2?

Answer

Your W-2 can be found in the Online Center after it has been issued by the Human Resources Department.

1. Log into the Online Center.
2. Select Employee Self Service from the drop-down menu at the top left.
3. Select the Employee W2 Forms and Consent tile. This will open to the consent screen. You do not need to consent again if you have done so previously.
4. Select View W-2/W-2c Forms on the left to access your W-2.
   • If there is no option to view the W-2, it may not have been issued yet, or it may have been mailed to the address on file.

W-2s from previous years are generally not available online after tax season. Please contact Human Resources to obtain copies of those records.
