Undersized Power Adapter error

Issue

User is getting an error that they are using an undersized power adapter when docking laptop.

 

Environment

  • Laptop
  • PC

 

Resolution

The docking station needs to go through a power cycle.

  1. Unplug the power from the docking station.
  2. Let it set for 10 seconds.
  3. Plug in the power to the docking station.
