Requesting an Event Login (Guest Access)

Issue

A guest login is required for an event on the GRCC campus.

Information

Event access requests for GRCC guests can now be submitted through the TeamDynamix service portal. The request should be submitted at least 24 hours in advanced, and should be accompanied by the GRCC Event Sign-In & Request Form, which can be found in the lower right of this article as well as the service request page. The guest login will be sent to GRCC contact specified during the submission process.

At the time of the event, please be sure to have the guest(s) sign the bottom of the form stating that they accept the GRCC AUA.

 

Resolution

  1. Login to the TeamDynamix customer portal using your Campus Network Login
  2. Click Submit a Request
  3. Select Accounts and Access
  4. Choose the Guest Access service
  5. Download and print the form for the guest users to sign.
  6. Click Request Service
  7. Fill in the required fields, and submit the request.
  8. The login information will be sent the morning of the event to the GRCC email of the Faculty or Staff member specified as the contact.
