Campus Printer Support

Description

The Campus Printer Support service provides assistance with college-managed printers, copiers, and multifunction devices across campus. Use this service to report printer issues, request printer relocations, or get help with setup and connectivity. IT Support will diagnose and resolve technical problems, coordinate repairs with vendors, and ensure printers remain securely connected to the GRCC network.

This service helps maintain reliable printing, scanning, and copying functionality for faculty, staff, and students while supporting GRCC’s technology and security standards.
