Description
This service allows faculty, staff, and students to report issues with college printers, copiers, or multifunction devices. Common issues may include printing errors, connectivity problems, paper jams, low toner alerts, or malfunctioning hardware. Submissions are routed to the IT Support team for diagnosis and resolution. Depending on the issue, IT may provide remote assistance, dispatch on-site support, or coordinate repairs with the college’s print services vendor.
