Conference Line Request

Description

GRCC IT offers the use of ConferenceNOW, an application used to set up immediate access call-in numbers for conference call use at any time. Users requesting a conference line are assigned a meeting number and a PIN to share with outside users any time after their account is configured.

The Information Technology department now offers a permanent conference solution for each individual person on campus. Once you request the “conference now” feature, you will be able to use it to host conferences at any time and from anywhere.
