Introduction

GRCC staff can request an additional type of document be added to the system to allow for better searching of documents.

Eligibility

• This service is available to all faculty and staff.

Requirements

• Office requesting new document type must currently utilize Perceptive Content.

• Must identify a business case why a current document type does not apply.

• Must include additional custom property values to assist in indexing the file.
