Look Up Student Schedule

Information

There are a few ways to assist a student with finding their class schedule. 

 

Environment

Resolution

Student Services Center

  1. Login to CSProd
  2. Verify the student before releasing any information
  3. Use the  Nav Bar to locate the following tool
    • Navigator > Menu > Campus Community > Student Services Center
  4. Enter the ID in the ID field
  5. Click Search
  6. The resulting page is the students Online Center, which will include their schedule.
    1. This page shows a maximum of 4 classes. If the student is enrolled in more than 4 courses follow the directions below

Enrollment Summary

  1. Login to CSProd
  2. Verify the student before releasing any information
  3. Use the  Nav Bar to locate the following tool
    • Navigator > Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Summaries > Enrollment Summary
  4. In the ID field enter the students ID number.
    • If the student is taking Job Training or Non-Credit courses be sure to change the Academic Career to the appropriate selection.
  5. Enter the correct Term (if known)
    •  if not known check the Quick Reference page in the flip chart, or select the magnifying glass.
  6. Click Search
  7. Click the Search icon to the right of the specific course to view course details including meeting dates and times

Student Schedule

  1. Login to CSProd
  2. Verify the student before releasing any information
  3. Use the  Nav Bar to locate the following tool
    • Navigator > Menu > GRCC Custom > Campus Community > Student Schedule
  4. In the ID field enter the students ID number
  5. Click Search
