Unable to Route Forward Timesheet or Leave of Absence

Issue

When a Supervisor routes a document forward the receive the error message:

This item does not meet the route condition. Select an alternative route or contact your ImageNow administrator for assistance. (427M9Z:D348W7) or (427M9Z:BZRELZ)

Resolution

Verify with the Supervisor that the following information exists in the Leave of Absence form.

1. The Account Number is not blank. 
   1. Even if the total cost is $0, something still needs to be in the Account Number Field (Not Applicable or na is acceptable in that case)
2. Verify that the Supervisor information is correct.
3. If the HR Needs Dept Head/ Prog Dir Approval is Y then verify that there is a Department Head specified.
4. If the HR Need Dean Approval is Y then verify that a Dean's name is chosen.
5. If the HR Need VP/EBCO Approval is Y then verify that a VP or EBCO name is chosen.
6. Once all of these conditions are meet, you should be able to route the document successfully forward.
