Information
Continuity Spectrum is an application used by Workforce Training to track students, enrollment, billing, etc.
If the student is enrolled in the BTT/Continuity program, they do not have access to the Online Center.
Resolution
Continuity Spectrum is primarily managed by Michelle Smith or Nathan Hamilton. If a request for Continuity Spectrum comes in, instruct the requestor to first contact Michelle Smith (ext. 3176) to proceed.
