Unable to Link Documents in PeopleSoft

Issue

When linking documents from PeopleSoft to ImageNow/Perceptive Content, an error message occurs, "Could not find an application window that matches the [Page Name] application plan."

Environment

• PeopleSoft
• Chrome
• Firefox

Resolution

Verify the following:

1. PeopleSoft is open
   • Opening in Internet Explorer is no longer a requirement
2. The active tab is one of the ImageNow linking screens
   • CSProd - Main Menu > GRCC Custom > ImageNow > Person Link
   • HRProd - Main Menu > GRCC Custom > ImageNow > Person Link or Employee Link
3. A person is displayed, not the initial search page
4. There are no other instances of PeopleSoft open with the same user logged in
