Issue
I came home and tried to unlock my laptop with the new passphrase (password), but only the old passphrase worked. The laptop would not accept the new passphrase.

- Active Directory
Information
This happens if you have not logged into the computer while on campus after changing your passphrase.
It's recommended that if you change your passphrase while on campus, to log into your computer at least once before heading off campus so that it has the opportunity to sync the new passphrase with Active Directory for use off campus.
If the passphrase was changed while you are off campus, then the new passphrase will not reflect on your computer login until you've returned to campus.
