Issue
An HP printer is in need of service or replacement toner/ink, but is not covered under the Konica Minolta service contract.

Information
We no longer have an HP service contract, so any service or toner requests should be directed toward ePrint. ePrint will evaluate the age of the machine and determine if it needs to be replaced.
Resolution
Please contact GRCC ePrint at (616) 234-3960 for service, toner, or support regarding non-Konica Minolta printers.
Note: Because individual departments can purchase these printers, we do not have a location list. If the printer is connected to the network, you can find them by typing \\papercut in file explorer.
