Issue
The card reader is not working on the Ricoh printer.
Environment
Resolution
- Power cycle the device using the main button on the front of the machine.
- Unplug the card reader from the USB port on the printer and plug it back in.
- Sometimes utilizing a different USB port resolves the connection issue.
