Card Reader on Printer is not Working

Issue

The card reader is not working on the Konica printer.

Environment

• Konica Minolta Printer

Resolution

1. Power cycle the device, using both the front power button and the main switch, located in the back or under the front cover
   • See the KBA on Power Cycling a Konica Printer for more information
2. Unplug and re-plug in the card reader to the USB port on the printer
   • Sometimes utilizing another port helps
