Card Reader on Printer is not Working

The card reader is not working on the Ricoh printer.

 

Environment

  • Ricoh Printer

 

Resolution

  1. Power cycle the device, using the main button on the front of the machine
  2. Unplug and re-plug in the card reader to the USB port on the printer
    • Sometimes utilizing another port helps

If this does not resolve the issue, please call IT Support or submit a service request.
