The card reader is not working on the Ricoh printer.

Resolution

  1. Power cycle the device using the main button on the front of the machine.
  2. Unplug the card reader from the USB port on the printer and plug it back in.
    • Sometimes utilizing a different USB port resolves the connection issue.
