How do I submit my Faculty Performance Evaluation (FPE)?

Accessing and Submitting FPEs
Deans and Department Heads approving FPEs in CSProd
- Log into MyGRCC.
- Click CSProd.
- Expand the NavBar .
- Click Menu .
- Expand GRCC Custom.
- Expand Human Resources.
- Select Faculty Performance Evaluation.
- Click the Search button.
- Click on the desired year to access that year's FPE.
Faculty submitting their FPE through the Online Center
- Log into MyGRCC.
- Click Online Center.
- Locate the Enterprise menu on the left hand side.
- Click on the Faculty Performance Evaluation link.
- Click the Search button.
- Click on the desired year to access that year's FPE.
Submitting the FPE
Each component of the FPE is accessed via the associated tab, and each component must be submitted individually. Faculty members may use the Submit button to submit components of the FPE.
Once the FPE is submitted by the faculty member, it is sent to the department head/program director for approval. Once approved by the department head/program director the FPE is sent to the Associate dean for final approval. Both the department head and associate dean may request revisions with comments on any aspect of the FPE. Doing so will notify the faculty member by email and open the FPE for editing. Once final approval has been granted, an email notification will be sent to the faculty member.
Notes:
Faculty members may request the plan be opened for modification from their department head/program director. If the department head/program director has approved the plan, the request will be sent to the associate dean. The associate dean may open the FPE for editing post final approval.
