Issue
When attempting to submit a timesheet/pay book, an error message regarding the printer occurs.
Environment
- Microsoft Windows
- ImageNow Printer
- Excel
Cause Check
- Ensure a Default Printer is set
- The default should be a PaperCut/Find_Me printer
- Using current/correct timesheet
- The submit button is only being clicked a single time
- Double click will result in error
- Repair or Reinstall the ImageNow Printer
