MyGRCC Login

• MyGRCC login credentials are used for: MyGRCC portal which includes Blackboard, Online Center, GSuite, Navigate, Panopto, CSProd, and HRProd. The credentials will also be used for signing into GRCC computers, the campus WiFi, and campus printing.
• MyGRCC  passphrase (password) expires every 120 days. Your Campus Network passphrase must be at least 10 characters, must contain at least one capital letter, as well as one number. It must be unique every time it is changed.

Campus Wide Information Systems

• Also referred to as: CWIS or PeopleSoft
• Accessible at cwis.grcc.edu
• Consists of the Online Center, CSProd, FSProd, and HRprod

Gmail

• Student email is available by going to email.grcc.edu and signing into your email.
• Staff email is available by going to mail.google.com and signing into your email.
• Gmail passwords are the same as the MyGRCC passphrases and will expire every 120 days.
• It can take five-fifteen minutes for a newly created passphrase to sync with your email account. 

BlackBoard

• GRCC's Online Learning System
• Utilized at GRCC for: Online Classes, Teams / Collaboration, Organizational Communication.

Phone

• Phone Extensions and Voicemail Instructions will be provided when a new extension is assigned.
• Check Voicemail boxes by dialing 234-3050.

Printing

• MFP (Multifunction Printers) can copy, print, fax, send via email, store often printed documents, and create private print jobs.
• Printing requires you to swipe or tap your RaiderCard at any Konica Minolta printer on campus to release your print job.
