Issue
When logging in to 25Live it will not accept my username or passphrase (password).
Environment
Information
The 25Live application uses the same username and passphrase (password) as your MyGRCC Login. These credentials are also used for accessing Blackboard, Campus Computers, and WiFi.
Resolution
You may recover your MyGRCC credentials by visiting our GRCC Password Reset System. If you are still unable to login, you may need to request access, this can be done by calling the Customer Support Desk at 616-234-4357 or submitting a ticket.
