25Live Invalid Username or Password

25Live utilizes your MyGRCC login credentials, which can be reset at grcc.edu/password

Issue

When logging in to 25Live it will not accept my username or passphrase (password).

Information

The 25Live application uses the same username and passphrase (password) as your MyGRCC Login. These credentials are also used for accessing Canvas, Campus Computers, and Wi-Fi.

Resolution

You may recover your MyGRCC credentials by visiting our GRCC Password Reset System (opens in a new window). If you are still unable to login, you may need to request access, this can be done by calling IT Support at 616-234-4357 or submitting a ticket (opens in a new window).
