How do I find student email addresses in my course?

Answer

  1. Open a course.
  2. Click on Course Analytics from the course navigation menu. 
    • If you don’t see Course Analytics, it may be hidden. Refer to this article for instructions on how to make items visible in the course navigation menu.
  3. Click Reports.
  4. Locate "Class Roster" and click Run Report
  5. Click Run Report again. 
  6. This action will download a CSV file (Excel spreadsheet) to your computer. Within this file, you’ll find a column containing student email addresses.
