  1. Download the Zoom App

  • Open the Zoom app.
  • Tap "Continue with SSO".
  • Enter GRCC for the company domain
  • Sign in using your campus username and password.

  • Once signed in, tap the Phone tab at the bottom of the Zoom app.

  1. Allow Necessary Permissions

  • Grant microphone and notification permissions when prompted for full functionality.

 Troubleshooting
