Issue
Unable to access the J: drive. The drive either does not appear in File Explorer or appears with a blue question mark over the drive icon.
Environment
Resolution
- Open the Software Center on your computer.
- Search for and select GRCC IT - Check In.
- Click Install (or Reinstall if it is already present).
- Wait for the process to complete entirely.
- Click the Applications tab within Software Center.
- Search for and select Refresh DNS Suffix.
- Click Install (if the option is available).
- Restart your computer.
If Refresh DNS Suffix is not listed in the Software Center, or if the J: Drive remains inaccessible after the restart, please contact IT Support at 616-234-4357 for further assistance.
