Making a Call with Zoom Workspace (Softphone)

Information

There are two primary methods for accessing phone services at GRCC. One is a physical desk phone, the other is the Zoom Workplace software or phone app.

Most GRCC employees have a calling plan that allows you to make calls to Canada and the United States.  If your position deals mostly with internal employees, you may have a license that limits you to internal calling.  If you fall into this category, you can still receive calls by having other Zoom users transfer calls to you and you can place calls by using a common area phone in your area.
