The Zoom Phone transition will begin in September 2024 and end by March 2025. People and places will be moved first, followed by devices such as fax machines and cordless phones.

Classroom Phones - Classroom phones will be installed as rooms become available. Classroom phones that require a direct-dial number will be completed at a later date.
Classroom phones will have an internal extension, a speed dial for Campus Police and a speed dial for the Support Desk. Classroom which have been changed will have a Yealink phone instead of a Cisco phone.
For the phases below, only extensions with moderate to high call volume within the department will be moved to Zoom Phone on the date specified. Extensions with extremely low call volume will be moved between December 17th and December 23rd regardless of if the remainder of the department is before or after that date. Watch for more details in upcoming communications.
Latest Update: To avoid conflicts with final exams and the start of the Winter semester, academic departments have been moved to phases starting in late January. All non-academic departments are now scheduled for December or early January.
