That depends upon your Zoom phone license.

There are three types of licenses:

Basic

• Will be given to users who rarely make or receive external calls and make mostly internal calls.
• Allows for incoming and outgoing internal calls.
• Individuals with this license will still be able to make outgoing calls with common area phones.
• External calls can be transferred from another Zoom user.

Metered

• Will be given to the majority of staff and faculty. 
• Allows for incoming and outgoing calls to the United States and Canada.

Common Area

• Will be placed in classrooms, adjunct spaces, work rooms and other common spaces.
• All locations allow for incoming calls. All but classrooms will allow for external calls.

All calling plans allow you to make emergency calls.
