Renaming your Zoom Account

Question

I recently updated my name; how can I go about changing my name in Zoom?

Answer

1. Log in to Zoom. 
2. Click your profile picture in the top right.
3. Click your Name
4. Click Edit to the right of your name at the top.
5. Type your new name and Display Name as needed. 
6. Click Save. 
7. On the profile page, scroll down and locate your email address under the Sign In section. 
8. Click Edit.
9. Enter your update GRCC email address.
   • Your older email address will be used as an alias of your new email address. 
10. Click Save Changes.
