Why won't my assignment submit in Canvas?

Troubleshooting

  • For assignments that require you to attach a document, make sure that it is an accepted file type.
  • Verify that the attachment being uploaded does not exceed the upload size limit. 
  • Try clearing your web browser's Cookies and Cache and/or try another web browser. 
  • See this article from the Canvas Student Guide or contact the IT Support Desk if issues persist.
