Issue
While taking a test in Respondus LockDown Browser, the exam unexpectedly froze or crashed, and I am unable to complete it.

Resolution
There could be a number of reasons why the LockDown Browser could crash and/or become unresponsive. Here are some tips to troubleshoot the issue:
- Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements for LockDown Browser.
- Keep your computer's software up to date. This includes your operating system, web browser, and the LockDown Browser software.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Try reinstalling Respondus LockDown Browser.
- Restart your computer.
If you are unable to regain access to the exam after resolving the problem, please contact your instructor to inform them of the issue.
