How does a student get access to the English Placement Test in Canvas?

Answer
If a student does not have access to the test, check the following:
- Navigate to Query Viewer.
- Select the EC_Main Query.
- On Line 3, Verify there is an action of MATR, if not connect with the enrollment center.
- Also on Line 3, verify the Admit Term.
If the Admit term is 1474 or Greater:
- Navigate to Service Indicators in CSProd.
- Verify that the Student has an NTT Service Indicator.
- Click on the Service Indicator Code.
- Verify the Reason is NTT.
- If not, connect the student with the enrollment center.
- If so and it has been more than 2 hours since the Indicator was added, send a ticket to the Learning Management Systems Team.
Example:

If the Admit Term is less then 1474:
- Navigate to Service Indicators in CSProd.
- Verify that the Student has an NTT Service Indicator.
- Click on the Service Indicator Code.
- Verify the Reason is either REA or RET.
- If not, connect the student with the enrollment center (This is usually handled by Erica Manning or a Full Time Employee of the Enrollment Center).
- If so and it has been more than 2 hours since the Indicator was added, send a ticket to the Learning Management Systems Team.
