Updating Prefered RAVE Alerts Preferences

How do I update my preferred notification settings for campus wide RAVE alerts?

Information

Rave sends a broadcast alert to your mobile phone via text, email, and voice.

The preferred email address can be your school email address or a personal email address such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Outlook.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the RAVE website
2. Log in using your GRCC email
   • Note: this does not sync with your Campus Network password
     • If you cannot log in, please use the Forgot Password link
3. In the My Account tab you will see all devices and email address that will receive notifications
4. Click the  Add or  Remove buttons to manage your preferences
