Unable to login to the bookstore website

Issue

You may encounter the following issues when accessing the bookstore website:

  • Unable to log into the bookstore website.
  • Bookstore verification code is not working.
  • The bookstore system cannot find your GRCC email address.

  • GRCC Bookstore

Information

  • The bookstore does not use your MyGRCC credentials.
  • The bookstore is managed by a third-party company, Barnes & Noble.
  • Bookstore accounts are not registered automatically; you must create an account manually.

Resolution

Register an Account

  1. Navigate to the GRCC Bookstore Website.
  2. Select Sign In / Create Account in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Create Account.
  4. Fill in the form and select Create Account.
    • You may use either a personal email address or your GRCC email address.
