Issue
You may encounter the following issues when accessing the bookstore website:
- Unable to log into the bookstore website.
- Bookstore verification code is not working.
- The bookstore system cannot find your GRCC email address.
Environment
Information
- The bookstore does not use your MyGRCC credentials.
- The bookstore is managed by a third-party company, Barnes & Noble.
- Bookstore accounts are not registered automatically; you must create an account manually.
Resolution
Register an Account
- Navigate to the GRCC Bookstore Website.
- Select Sign In / Create Account in the upper right corner.
- Select Create Account.
- Fill in the form and select Create Account.
- You may use either a personal email address or your GRCC email address.
