Computer is Blank and Unresponsive

Issue

Computer is frozen with a blank screen

 

Environment

  • Windows 10

 

Resolution

  1. If the device is docked, attempt to disconnect from the dock and reconnect
  2. Close the laptop lid
  3. On the keyboard hold CTRL+F8
    1. May need to use the Fn key depending on laptop keyboard
  4. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds
