Using your own Laptop with Classroom Media

How do I use my own laptop with Classroom Multimedia System?

 

Environment

  • Classroom Multimedia System

 

Instructions

  1. Connect laptop
    1. Options are VGA, HDMI and Audio Cables
  2. Turn on laptop
  3. Press On On the control panel in the podium
    1. Light should start flashing as it warms up
  4. Press Laptop or HDMI button
    1. If no video shows press another input and toggle back to Laptop or HDMI
    2. If no video shows and using Windows - try pressing either FN-F4 or FN-F7. Hold down the blue "FN key at the same time you press F4 or F7
