Display issue when submitting a timesheet

Issue

A supervisor is unable to approve a timesheet for an employee because it does not display correct in their timesheet approval queue. 

 

Environment

  • Perceptive Content
  • Microsoft Excel

 

Resolution 

The issue is caused by the Find_Me_Gray print driver not being set as default.  When you submit your timesheet, it prints as a PDF and then sends it through email to Perceptive Content

  1. Open the timesheet.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click Print.
  4. Confirm the Find_Me_Gray print driver is selected as the default printer. If not, click the print dropdown menu to locate the driver.

Employees can also submit timesheets through VMware, which should have the Find_Me_Gray print driver set by default.
