Process
- Attempt to remove any paper caught in the machine by opening doors that make the paper path visible.
- If the printer keeps jamming only when using a specific paper media, please switch paper source.
- Also, be cautious when printing transparencies, as some printers may not be capable of doing so.
If the jam persists, you may call the IT Support Desk at 616-234-4357 or submit a ticket by going here and clicking Request Service. Please be sure to include the ID number, make/model, room/building locations, and serial number of the device ready.
