Information
Requests for GRCC templates being added to Google Drive must follow the request process (see linked KB). Follow these steps once the template has been approved.
Environment
Process
- Login to teamdriveadmin@grcc.edu using the admin credentials.
- Click on the waffle and navigate to Drive.
- Make sure the file template is shared with teamdriveadmin@grcc.edu.
- Click New.
- Scroll down to the appropriate Google application that corresponds with the template being added and click the carrot next to it.
- Click From a template.
- Click Submit template.
- Click Select a presentation.
- Double click the desired file.
- If the button "Submit a copy of this file instead of the original" is toggled on, the option to rename the file will appear.
- Click Submit.
