Slow or Delayed Printing


A job sent to the printer is taking longer than normal to print.

  • PaperCut



If a print job has been delayed, before calling the Customer Support Desk please determine:

  • If the file is too large
    • Very large files tend to take longer to process, give it a few extra minutes before calling
  • If printing from a website try downloading the file/document to your desktop first
  • Try printing to a different printer in the area
  • Send a single page test document to that printer to determine if it is all documents or just the one
  • Reboot your computer
  • Reboot the printer
