Issue
A job sent to the printer is taking longer than normal to print.
 
Environment
	- Konica Minolta Printer
 
	- PaperCut
 
 
Resolution
If a print job has been delayed, before calling the IT Support Desk please determine:
	- If the file is too large
	
		- Very large files tend to take longer to process, give it a few extra minutes before calling
 
	
	 
	- If printing from a website try downloading the file/document to your desktop first
 
	- Try printing to a different printer in the area
 
	- Send a single page test document to that printer to determine if it is all documents or just the one
 
	- Reboot your computer
 
	- Reboot the printer
