Unable to Print documents using the ImageNow Printer

Issue

Printing from the Windows Photos application causes all documents to not print using the ImageNow printer.

Environment 

• Perceptive Content 
• Microsoft Windows 10 

Resolution

1. Clear out the print queue.
2. Right-click the image,
3. Select Open with and choose Paint. 

Cause

A Windows update has broken this functionality.
